      Shipping: in connection with shipping and related services for purchases made using Website.
      Legal Compliance: to help them comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing verification requirements.

JG Elite is not responsible for the content or information practices of such third parties.

How You Can Access or Change Your Personal Information

You can review and edit your personal information at any time by logging in to your account and reviewing your account settings and profile. You can also close your account through the Website.  If you close your JG Elite account, we will mark your account in our database as "Closed," but may retain personal information from your account for a certain period of time to collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, prevent fraud, enforce our User Agreement, or take other actions as required or permitted by law.

 

Children’s Online Privacy Protection

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 6501–6506, and the FTC’s COPPA Rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 312, regulate children’s privacy and have led to some guidance on when websites are “directed to minors” (as well as on the ways “actual knowledge” of a minor’s status is obtained outside of collecting date-of-birth), COPPA and the FTC’s rules apply only to minors under 13.   We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
